Your apartment is complete with subtly styled interiors created by our studio and there's an option to include handpicked furnishings. Simply choose from two colour palettes, Sun or Moon.

Iconic city building
​
SKY Apartments will be an iconic addition to the East Adelaide horizon. It will have a strong, classic presentation and silhouette against the Adelaide skyline.
​
The facade is pared-back but also layered with a cloak of high-quality treatments. These are carefully positioned and designed to emphasise, deflect or enhance the elements for light and shade, heating and cooling.
For example, clever design features such as external, perforated blades allow natural light in but offer protection from glare and bright sunlight.
Your apartment

SKY is designed to maximise northern sunlight and cross-flow ventilation.
Every apartment is light filled and airy, with open-plan living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. The vistas from each window are vignettes of the Adelaide skyline – from Northern views across the city, Eastern views to the Adelaide Hills to views of the Southern parklands and suburbs. Balconies are also spacious, useful and welcoming so that entertaining’s a breeze.

With a maximum of four neighbouring apartments on any floor, outlook as well as privacy and security are assured.
​
The interior palette is subtle. Our Sun scheme is light and bright, with soft greys and classic chrome fittings. Moon features sophisticated black cabinetry and on-trend matt black tapware.
As standard provisions, apartments have floorboards, carpet and ceramic tiles as well as quality finishes.

As an additional option, SKY has two fully-furnished apartment packages to choose from – Dawn or Dusk. Dawn features neutrals accented with pops of yellow, while dusk has neutral tones with teal and calming blue accents.
Rooftop retreat
​
The rooftop retreat (shown above) is primed for rest and relaxation, boasting seating areas, greenery and 180 degree-views. It’s an open-air private space on level 23 that mixes shade and sunshine.
​
Residents can enjoy the roof top oasis to dine with family and friends, have some downtime, such as reading a book, or catch up with neighbours.
The retreat includes: an elevated deck, a bar, BBQ and alfresco dining, sitting and lounge areas.
